Taking the position of Kitchen one round into the 2025 Supercross series.
Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki will place Ty Masterpool in 250SX West for the remaining rounds of the 2025 Monster Energy Supercross Championship, effectively trading positions with east coast-bound Levi Kitchen.
Kitchen was ruled out of Anaheim 1 through sickness and it was determined on Saturday afternoon that he would instead transition to the eastern region in a bid to challenge for the title.
Now, it has been made official that Masterpool – who joined Pro Circuit ahead of last year’s outdoors and secured himself a full-time seat for this year – will debut with the team in Supercross this weekend at the San Diego round alongside Garrett Marchbanks, despite missing the opener altogether.
Masterpool enters the western region with minimal Supercross experience, previously completing five 250SX rounds on the western region in 2021, and then starting in four 450SX main events last season.
Lining up for Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki in 250SX East at the beginning of February will be Kitchen, Cameron McAdoo and Seth Hammaker. Reserve rider and Supercross Futures prospect Drew Adams isn’t anticipated to be added as a sixth rider at this point.
