GasGas rider back on track for 2023 Pro Motocross second half.
Troy Lee Designs Red Bull GasGas rider Pierce Brown has confirmed that he will return to racing this weekend for round seven of the 2023 Pro Motocross Championship at Spring Creek.
Brown, who broke his hand in a practice crash during the Monster Energy Supercross Championship, opted to go in for surgery on a torn meniscus sustained earlier in the year, forcing him to miss the remaining supercross and opening six 250MX rounds.
“We’ve been working in silence the last couple of weeks,” said Brown. “But, I’m tired of spending my Saturdays on the couch. Let’s go racing at Millville.”
The 2023 Pro Motocross Championship resumes this weekend at the Millville circuit, with Brown set to enter the mix alongside Caden Braswell.
It’s been a tough season for the Troy Lee Designs Red Bull GasGas team, with 450MX contender Justin Barcia still sidelined with complications to a shoulder injury, as well as 250MX regular Michael Mosiman also not able to line-up at this stage.
