Feld Entertainment has named Juliette Feld Grossman as CEO of the company behind Monster Energy Supercross and SuperMotocross (SMX), taking over from Kenneth Feld in the position, who will remain chair of the board of directors.

Grossman joined Feld in 2010, most recently holding the position of chief operating officer, and in her new role as CEO, she will lead the company and develop new opportunities for the organization.

She has led the transformation of Monster Jam into a global franchise that entertains and connects to millions of fans through live events, consumer products, and media. Grossman has also managed production development for Disney On Ice and the recently relaunched Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.

“I am honored to take on this role and build upon the strong foundation and legacy established by my father and grandfather,” explained Grossman. “I work with a remarkable team of associates and it’s in concert with them that we will continue to bring joy to our fans worldwide and position our company for the future.”

Grossman becomes the third CEO in the company’s 57-year history, representing the third generation of Feld family leadership. Her father, Kenneth Feld, has guided Feld Entertainment’s success through the past four decades after he first joined his father, Irvin Feld, in the family business – world’s largest privately-owned live entertainment company – in 1970.

“We are in a strong position to implement this leadership transition for the future of Feld Entertainment as the past two years have been the most successful in our company’s history,” commented Kenneth Feld.

“I am confident that the extraordinary leadership and vision of Juliette, Steve, and our senior executive team will continue to produce exceptional results for the organization.”

In addition to Grossman’s promotion to CEO, Stephen Yaros – who has most recently been senior vice president of global media and Supercross – has been named president of Feld Entertainment. He will build upon his experience taking on new initiatives and managing complex cross-functional endeavors.

Joining the company in 1990, Yaros has held positions in event marketing and sales, corporate communications, media monetization, and digital marketing. In recent years, he has taken responsibility for the company’s media rights negotiations and its expansion of scripted and unscripted content for all Feld Entertainment properties.

Yaros has overseen business operations for Supercross and was instrumental with the team that launched the newly formed 31-round SuperMotocross World Championship, which is televised on Peacock and through the SMX Video Pass in more than 130 countries worldwide.

The company recognizes the contributions of Mike Shannon over his 18 years as President of Feld Entertainment. Shannon was instrumental in developing a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization, including the integration of Feld’s acquisition of Supercross and Monster Jam and the buildout of Feld Entertainment Studios, the company’s 47-acre complex in Palmetto, Florida.

Feld Entertainment has moved to recognize the contributions of outgoing president Mike Shannon, while confirming that executive vice presidents Nicole Feld and Alana Feld will continue their responsibilities on the board of directors, providing strategic direction on the company’s major initiatives.
