Exclusive Adam Cianciarulo Pod collaboration knee brace out now.
Pod Active has teamed up with Adam Cianciarulo to provide a dynamic and fresh take on the proven monochromatic K4 2.0 knee brace with the newly-released AC9 Limited Edition variant.
Motivated by Cianciarulo’s love for the Californian pop-punk scene, this striking new LE model is covered in dabs of bright colours and striking graphical treatment paying homage to album artwork from the late ’90s and early 2000s.
The AC9 LE still boasts the market-leading strength and performance of the original K4 2.0 knee brace including Impact Modified Lightweight Composite frames and Human Motion Synthetic Ligaments in the hinge, which are clinically proven to reduce the prevalence and severity of knee injuries.
It also boasts CE impact tested and certified full coverage guards to optimise impact protection and enhance comfort when kneeling, and are an easily removable part of the brace to enable multi-sport use.
Exclusive on this limited edition are blue and green adaptive cuffs, which conform to various leg shapes, and like the standard colored adaptive cuffs on the K4 2.0, reduce the risk of skeletal fractures through effective dispersion of load.
“We are always looking to try new things and evolve our product offering,” explained Pod Active marketing manager Byron Marsh. “We loved AC’s ideas of drawing from the cultures that inspire him and bringing his own unique style to the brace.”
Available in four sizes, youth, extra small/small, medium/large and extra-large/2XL, the Pod AC9 LE K4 knee brace retails for $229.95 for a single youth-sized brace or $459.95 for a pair.
In terms of adult fitment, the Pod AC9 LE K4 knee brace is $294.95 for a single adult-sized brace or $589.95 for a pair. For more information on the AC9 LE and the entire Pod range, visit www.podactive.com.
