While striving to meet the top performance and safety standards, it caters for a wide range of consumers at varying price points and is distributed exclusively through Western Power Sports (WPS).
Evolution DST racewear
Fly Racing’s 2022 racewear comes in a variety of new colors and enhancements, with the Evolution DST leading the way as Fly’s top-level gear set combination.
The Evolution DST jersey retails at $59.95 and is ultra-breathable, featuring laser-cut perforations to enhance ventilation, as well as Durable Stretch Technology (DST) to combine freedom of movement without limiting durability.
A pro fit with ergonomic arms created for riding position, with a slim cut, it also features a full mesh back that’s integrated in key areas, zero-cuff arm openings and multi-directional Lycra neck and shoulder panels.
There’s a low profile multi-panel construction for maximum performance and a comfortable fit, seamless armpit construction with a single-continuous stretch mesh panel from the sides to cuffs, as well as a silicone-printed tail.

An easy to use BOA Fit System enables fast micro-adjustments and a ratcheting closure, while advanced lycra lining and a full-floating durable 900D seat surrounded by stretch material enables flexible fitment. There’s an exclusive zipper lock system keeps pants closed and secure.
In addition, Fly Racing also has the Evolution DST gloves available at $39.95, which come in a range of color options to suit the mix of gear sets.
Lite racewear
Fly’s 2022 range again sees the Lite range receive more enhancements. Starting with the Lite jersey, it retails at $49.95 and features laser-cut perforations, along with zero-cuffs on the arms providing unrestricted mobility.
Mesh ventilation panels dissipate unwanted heat, plus there is a multi-panel construction for maximum performance and a comfortable fit. Benefit from a low-profile streamlined taped collar, in addition to an extended tail with an athletic fit.
The Lite pant at $179.95 is a lightweight, minimalist design that has the BOA adjustment system positioned the front, increasing the functionality of the closure system with a zipper-less entry and wide range of adjustability.
There’s a four-way stretch fabric, mesh panels on the back of the pre-shaped knee, hips and lower leg, low profile stretch leg cuffs with a removable elastic band, leather heat shield panels with DuPont and Kevlar stitching, all aimed at increasing mobility and comfort.
You can also get the Pro-Lite gloves to match your Lite racewear at $29.95 or the Lite glove priced at $24.95 – both being race gloves with a soft hand feel.
Kinetic racewear
Built for summer, the Kinetic line provides a mid-level standard fit, with performance testified by victories in both Supercross and Pro Motocross.
Retailing from $39.95, the jersey has an integrated dual-mesh construction coupled with multiple panels, increasing air-flow, while maximizing comfort and performance. It also features a tagless comfort stretch collar, relaxed shorty elastic sleeve cuffs and an extended tail. It’s a standard fit, not too tight, not too loose.
As for the Kinetic mesh pant, costing $119.95, it features a ventilated mesh fabric that increases air-flow without compromising durability.
There is an internal pocket inside the waistband, a 900D construction with laser-cut perforations, leather heat shield panels with DuPont Kevlar stitching and soft-flex protective rubber badging for airflow.
The ergonomically pre-shaped knee works with most guards, plus there is a full-floating seat surrounded by stretch rip-stop material moves with your body.
A ratcheting closure with zipper lock system keeps pants closed and secure, while Fly’s unique Adaptive Waist System (AWS) provides a custom fit. In addition, the Kinetic gloves have an MSRP of $29.95 with a classic fit.
F-16 racewear
The entry-level F-16 line returns again in 2022 with options for both male and female riders, which is ideal for the budget rider chasing quality, non-budget performance – $27.95 for the jersey, $79.95 for the pant. Again, Fly continues to cater to a broad mix of riders.
Women’s Lite racewear

Formula Carbon helmet
The flagship Fly Formula Carbon helmet has an Adaptive Impact System (AIS) with a lightweight 12K carbon-fiber shell and Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON, which maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain
Conehead EPS Technology provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently. Six critical zones have been fine-tuned for a progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts.
Its Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar creates an additional element of impact mitigation and its titanium D-rings further reduces the weight of the helmet to a total of 2.8 pounds +/-0.11lb in the MD/LG size.
Expanded volume EPS means strategic areas of the helmet have more impact-absorbing EPS, more suspension between your head and the ground.
Clavicle shell relief zone creates a soft zone filled with EPS and EPP to aid in reducing clavicle injuries, while there is a custom-molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard.
A comfort liner and quick release cheek pads are made of washable moisture-wicking, anti-microbial material, plus there is True Functional Ventilation (TFV), so air is forced through multiple air intake vents, then passed through aligned vent channels in the EPS and exits out multiple rear exhaust vents.
It will be available from retailers at $689.95, including a premium helmet garage and extra visor with the option of a cold weather breath guard.
Formula CC helmet
Constructed out of a tri-weave composite shell of carbon-fiber, DuPoint Kevlar and fiberglass, the Formula CC helmet returns this year and is lightweight with superior penetration resistance.
It weighs in at 2.9 pounds, only marginally more than the Carbon. It also has AIS and utilizes RHEON Impact Energy Cells, as well as EPS technology, the EPP chin bar, clavicle shell relief zone and TFV.
Retailing at $489.95, this helmet comes with a soft fleece helmet bag and optional additional accessories including a cold weather breath guard.
Formula CP helmet
A new addition to this year’s Fly helmet range, the Formula CP will retail at just $249.95, which importantly brings innovative safety features to an even broader range of riders from more of an entry-level price-point.
Utilizing a Polycarbonate alloy shell, the CP uses RHEON Impact Energy Cells to maximize protection of the brain against rotational forces, the same as what’s used in both the Formula CC and Carbon Helmets.
Along with that, it features dual-density EPS technology, an EPP chin bar, clavicle shell relief zone, custom-molded rubber trim, TFV ventilation, custom visor screws and stainless-steel D-rings. It weighs 3.1 pounds +/-0.11lb (size MD/LG).
Again, the 2022 Fly Racing Formula CP includes a soft fleece helmet bag including, in addition to an optional cold weather breath guard. Aside from the Formula range, the Kinetic helmet is also still on offer.
Zone Pro goggle
The Fly Racing Zone Pro goggle returns with new frame and lens combinations. It houses a polycarbonate anti-scratch lens with an anti-fog coating in a lightweight and sturdy polyurethane frame.
Engineered with increased peripheral vision in mind, the Zone Pro provides a wide range of view that is held in place by a 45mm adjustable, non-slip double buckle strap.
It features a quick-change lens with pre-installed tear-off posts and premium molded foam to maximize comfort and sweat absorption, with outriggers providing an even greater retention mechanism.
Retailing at $64.95, included is a nose guard, an extra clear lens and a microfibre goggle bag. Note that there is also the Zone goggle, with key differences being a 5mm thinner adjustable strap and three-layer face foam at $39.95.
